Standard Rates 2012:
Single Occupancy £73 per night - Double Occupancy £83 per night
All rates include a full English breakfast. Please advise us on booking if you have any special dietary requirements. Extras such as telephone calls and packed lunches will be charged to your account and are payable on departure
Booking
Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail. If using e-mail please include the following details: your name, a contact telephone number, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, number of rooms required and the type of rooms required (e.g. twin/double). We will endeavour to contact you and confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt of your e-mail. Confirmation of bookings requires the collection of a valid credit or debit card number or full pre-payment and constitutes a binding agreement which is subject to our terms
Cancellation Policy
Rooms cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged in full unless we are able to re-let the room(s) at full price. Successful re-letting will result in no charge. No shows will constitute cancellation and will therefore be chargeable. You should check the terms of your travel insurance before booking to see if this is covered
Check-In/Check-Out
Our check in time is 1400hrs and our check-out time is 1000hrs. These times are however flexible, so please discuss any requirement outside these times on booking
Children
Children are most welcome at Hawk House and travel cots, foldaway beds and highchairs are available on request. A charge of £10 per night will be levied for the provision of cots or foldaway beds.
Damage and Breakages
We would ask that you take care of our accommodation during your stay so as we may maintain our high standards. You are liable for any damage or breakages caused by you during your stay. Please report these as soon as possible so as they may be rectified
Health and Safety
Guests must comply with our policies regarding fire, health and safety. These are available in reception to view
Liability
Hawk House does not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party, your vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, our employees or our contractors whilst acting in the course of employment
Non-Availability
We endeavour never to have to cancel your booking, but should it be necessary for reasons beyond our control we will make every effort to offer suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not possible or acceptable to you all monies paid by you will be refunded. Our liability does not however extend beyond this refund
Payment
Cash, cheques and most major credit/debit cards are acceptable as payment. Your account is payable on departure unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge for accounts unpaid at the time of departure and in line with our cancellation terms should your booking be cancelled at short notice
Pets
Pets are not permitted in any of our rooms or public areas
Smoking
Hawk House is an entirely smoke-free environment. Should you wish to smoke please do so in our designated smoking areas where ashtrays are provided
